Every human should learn how to manage herd animals so they can discover that there is more to communication than payloads of structured sentences.
So many people are colorblind to critical components of human interaction. E.g body language, empathetic reasoning, personal energy, repetition and intonation of speech. They seem to think the literal word is the unit of communication.
