yes, for the most part, although people were not as friendly as in other areas. I was with my ex and we got lost and ended up in the Jewish quarter. My ex is Jewish so we were invited to lunch and had a great time. I would say worth the trip, but maybe stay outside of the city, much cheaper. Food is good and lots to experience.
