Trying to combine James Hoffman's suggestions for brewing dark roasts with his suggestions for brewing in a Chemex.
Dark roast should have a coarser grind, but I guess my grind is too coarse because the bloom at 2x water goes through so quickly it can't be swirled into a slurry.
