I think that projects about learning are always interesting and meritable, and your seems one of these.

But, I struggle to understand the details and navigate the website, it's a little confusing.
I see you put a lot of effort on creating an original UX, but you should be sure to validate its effectiveness, otherwise you risk to push back potential users. To paraphrase, creativity is great, but it's nothing without control.

I suggest you having a more traditional approach for the informative structure and the UI, focusing accessibility and unusability.
Some main suggestions:

- Explain upfront with a short copy what the website aims to achieve, then put a link to the faq; (why the title is ROX? It's quite confusing)
- Use a standard easily navigabile top menu contains all the resources, and a bottom bar on mobile for the main sections;
- Make the design of the pages consistent and clear;
- Be sure that pages are fully responsive (I note some problems with a missing scrolling in desktop);
- Don't exceed with cosmetic animations, they can be distracting and also problematic for some people with disabilities;
- Not everyone like dark themes, the standard should be a light one, also for readibility;
- Have a clean homepage, move the options in a setting page, if they are important promote and link them in the footer of every page;
- Make the initial wizard more clear asking the user to pick a role, keeping in mind that this sort of flow can be blocking because users are concerned about non-reversible choices, so you need to explain what is happening;

Finally, why don't you use Nostr for the account system?! :)
