A genocide isn't like a car accident; we don't divide up the fault and assign it by percentage. EITHER Israel or the US could stop Israel's genocide of Palestinians (because like it or not, Israel is a US client state), hence Israel is 100% responsible and the US is ALSO 100% responsible.
