Well..I felt pretty worn out when I got up but the indoor ride, errands, and lots of coffee has jumpstarted me and I'm almost ready to get on the outdoor bike...slept okay last night but didn't have any dreams..again..and that's a little disappointing but I can live with it..it's already warm enough to go out in shorts and a t-shirt with just a little wind...it's supposed to get to almost 85 today and I can use the heat to loosen up this old body...burgers and brats today...good morning!
