It's a new paradigm. Until now, the focus has been on building social media clients and side-modules for them, like zap splits.
So, the focus has been getting "lots of people" and "famous people" to come use a Twitter or Reddit clone because otherwise, what is the point of Nostr?

But you can also use Nostr to build larger, more complex things. Like GoogleDocs or Sharepoint or GitHub, Google Maps, patient management systems, home security or automation systems, enterprise search engines, app stores, industrial machine configuration software, and etc.
Things that don't require the end user to know or care about Nostr and that don't have to convince people to "join Nostr" because they automatically join by using the products.

1) Build a better mousetrap.
2) Build it with Nostr underneath.
3) Require keys for login.
4) Winning.
