I kid you not. Since trading Shitcoins I’ve gained 7 lbs in the tummy.
I believe it’s part of the fact that I need to read charts and follow projects instead of focusing on my health.
I was seriously in better shape and less stressed DCA into BTC only and chilling on #nostr.
I still believe and love the tech behind other chains and that you could stack up more sats by trading alts and converting to BTC, however, I am not made to be a trader and I think that it’s not for me.
I’ll call it a quit and go back to my BTC and get my health back.
