Russia's embassy in Paris has demanded consular access to Telegram CEO Pavel Durov, who was arrested in France on charges of terrorism, drug trafficking, fraud, money laundering and child pornography. The Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that Durov holds French citizenship and the embassy is seeking cooperation from the French authorities to ensure his rights are observed.
