Hit up a telemedicine service for the prescription, e.g. https://hidrb.com/ ; https://www.plushcare.com/
Then head over to https://paxlovid.iassist.com/attestation and say you're uninsured/insurance won't cover, if needed. Feel free to add tips in replies.
