This is a long shot, but Googling isn't helping so hoping a tech nerd here can help? I got some photos through email and downloaded them to my phone. They appear in my "downloads" album in photos for about two seconds before disappearing. Cleared cache for photos and have restarted my phone a few times. Also not in my trash. Any suggestions from anyone?
