i still don't understand why being ethnically russian should be a reason why you should be dominated by the votes of buryats, tuvans, and gouverned by muscovites.
Austrians are historically and ethnically east franks, just as I am, still nobody says they should bow to the will of Berlin, and as a bavarian myself i question the rule of Berlin over my Area really really hard... This whole they are russians therefore they should bow to moscow argument is a complete soviet talking point and doesn't reflect the lived reality in any way.
Putin has no claim on anything just because "russians" live there, he is neither the king nor the chieftain of all russians, he's only president of what is called "russian federation" which includes as many said, so many not russian ethnicities, that it's only russian by name.
