A little over a month ago I decided to quit porn because I struggled with heavy mood swings, difficulty focusing, concentration, and I was overall just feeling discontent with everything.
Since I quit, my ability to regulate mood has skyrocketed. I’m able to sit and write a blogpost and forget about time. My relationship is improving. I'm able to enjoy each day.
It is by far the best decision I've made in my adult life.
