Hey friends and plebs! Thought i'd share this meditation track I made a while ago!
Its a 15 minute trance session and it contains binaural frequencies at 2.5Hz apart.
For those that don't know, Binaural frequencies are specific vibrations our brains interpret in a way that has been known to put the brain in a sort of "trance" for lack of better words. With one frequency to the left ear and another one to the right, the brain reacts in a very interesting way! The listener will begin to feel a sensation of bliss and euphoria when in this state, and can also help with depression and anxiety.
Please don't listen to binaural beats while driving!
