Transitionally regenerative beef
I have a local producer with #beef for sale. It is not the best in the world, but it is much better than what is in the store. He is slowly moving toward a more #regenerative model.
One quarter is sold already, he only has five quarters left. Contact me if you want less than a quarter. That is something I can arrange for you. Especially if you are wanting any organ meats or marrow bones.
