I LOVE #coffee. Obsessed. Don't go a day without a few cups.
But I wanted to see how I'd feel if I reduced the amount I'm taking in.
So for a few weeks I won't drink coffee on Wed, Thu, Fri. Need it for Monday and Tuesday, and weekends should be enjoyed.
Today is the first day without it and it's hard. It sucks. Rooibos tea is not cutting it. But let's see how day two and three go!
