Question: When you (me) haven't worked out in decades, and you're irrationally scared to go to the gym, how does one get over that hump? Cuz I really do want to work out. I just lost 80 lb and reverse diabetes but I'm out of shape muscle wise. I could use some good motivational input. 🤙
