My usage of emacs in the past was more intense.
I noticed that I unironically use nano for text processing on console and every time I neee a digital post-it note I open a gedit, detach it from i3 and then it floats as a post it sized window atop my other windows.
Yeah I feel like in the future I might want to use vim or set up emacs server but that future is not very near as I am quite fine using the worst editors possible.
Also:

only opens the diff tool without a project etc
