Bethesda said the same about ladders and vehicles yet modders accomplished that in Fallout fucking 3 lmao
Idk,maybe there is an actual issue with the ability of the engine to load cells, process big maps, have no loadings upon location change, but even then I'm pretty sure there are mods that put all interior cells in the exterior for Skyrim such that you have no loadings when entering cities/buildings.
They're just incompetent and increasingly staffed with pajeets. There's no need to hold water for them.
