6 eggs and a 1/3 to 1/2 cup heavy cream whisked well. Today I added lemon basil, romas, chopped bacon, and mozzarella. Salt and pepper to taste bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Sreved with the most amazing pepper sauce we just discovered, shatta. #fedpoasting
