One of the primary reasons Aliexpress exists is because they wanted to avoid putting up with Amazon's customer service/refund requirements. It's the same sellers (or worse ones that can't remotely live up to Amazon rules). It's significantly cheaper because they eliminate the overhead of doing anything at all after the sale is made: Problem? Buyer eats it every time.
