😱😳 glad to hear it is only two days with this schedule… Curious question: have you ever done a run in the evening before going to bed/falling asleep to be able to not have to wake up that early? If I can’t run during my regular late afternoon/early evening hours I always choose to do a late night run rather than an early morning alternative. Interesting how we all do it differently.
