Except that it's not when most CDM systems being used for CSAM scanning are basically cloudflare and if that spigot gets shut off, there goes a majority of your ability to post anything other than just text.
Until the CDM providers figure it how to not rely on predatory "free" services from cloudflare, that can and will be a huge vulnerability both for them and those that use them, which is why I refrain from posting media until I figure it how to host it in my own systems.
