There's no water left soon.. so maybe this is not the best way to help them, but looks like it's at least something.
There's also another project glia.org where you can donate in fiat for medical supplies that are 3d printed. Check the gaza page. They have a team there. There office already got shaken up by the bombarded buildings nearby, but they're not giving up.
