Reaching the end of my art residency in Massia (South #Estonia), I'm so happy to put together the very first *draft* of a fermentation 101 #book.

I am using what I have learned about organizing thoughts and #knowledge with [@obsidian](https://mas.to/@obsidian) to tell my story: One concept related about #fermentation on each page. And connections between concepts shown as "paper based hyperlinks", which is kind of fun: a word written in bold with the page to go to if you want to hear more about it.
