I have been very lucky, my cis partner of 10 years is pansexual. She pretty much shrugged and said, “I don’t care what gender you are, I love you,” when I came out to her. She has been very supportive: used my name and pronouns right away, gave me some of her old clothes and make up, plenty of advice, done my make up for me, bleached and dyed my hair, grabs my chest and shouts “boobies!” Calls me a bitch if I annoy her and gives verbal support when I need it. She has played a very big part in me being able to accept being trans and coming out.
