Did you all know that Puerto Rico, a US territory, celebrates July 4th with fireworks. Like, I understand America wants to commemorate the date they won their independence from England by saying ‘enough of this bullshit, we’re not going to be your puppet colony any more.’ But why does Puerto Rican, who are under USA’s thumb, celebrate the 4th? It’s kind of ironic, no?
