So the chilled sake with lunch 👆🏽 was this bottle and went really well.
Pretty inexpensive stuff (produced in the US) - bought it to cook with, but new bottle thought I'd drink some too. Had it warm in Japan (made there) with a meal and was pleasantly surprised then how good it was.
But after lunch we had a bit of nigori sake - so sweet and lychee notes - fitting post meal, liquid dessert I suppose
