The SEC has just deemed shitcoin casino Bittrex, an Unregistered Exchange Broker, which is why they're shutting down US operations and running offshore.
According to the complaint against Bittrex, the SEC has also alleged that omise go (OMG), algorand (ALGO), dash (DASH), tokencard (TKN), i-house token (IHT) and naga (NGC) are securities.
