Also I'm very easy to work for btw. Set schedules, same hours week to week. Very predictable and people still can't schedule around their days off and call in for....no joke "my dog got out".
I had a dude that I hired. Out of 10 days he was employed he missed 5. A White dude. Shameful. Fired his ass too.
