Y’all — the news out here is running some bullshit about Biden, and snipes at his campaign having noted that he is limiting evening events to make sure he’s rested for the job.
I’m in my late 30s, and work all sorts of fucked up hours, and I can say unequivocally that I would be terrified of a President who doesn’t manage their evening schedule. There are great studies on what sleep deprivation does to decision making. I don’t want the nuclear button guy sleeping 6 hours a night.
