This sounds like an edge case. Our experience with Cash App is completely the opposite and we buy bitcoin all the time and have since they first enabled it. I know technical support stuff can be frustrating but I’m not sure I would go scorched earth that quickly. Cash app is doing a ton to further the bitcoin ecosystem.
