It's reasonable that "B" company has bought individual info's marketing data from "C" company before the activation of PDPA law in Thailand has to give info that how to "B" collected data to "A" who was collected by "C" company.
It's 1 of Laws theory basics that if a new Law has activated and make benefit for something that the past did not get it then everyone who have acted that things have to get automatically benefit from this law's activation.
