Sixth Circuit reverses district court and upholds, for now, Tennessee's ban on transgender care for minors.
It's a tangential to bigger points but this is a deranged view of FDA approval. The Court believes FDA approval arises spontaneously upon consensus by the medical community, and a lack of FDA approval means a use is unproven. That's not even close to how it works.
