I believe that you have fundamentally flawed understanding of what Nostr is and how it works.
If you think about a relay, imagine a group of people which are on the same place. If that place is a bar full of alcohol, profanities, dirty jokes, where from time to time someone fucks on the table... Is it really on them if you are offended?
So there is nothing wrong with Nostr, you just selected poor relays for your delicate soul.
