Greetings from Argentina, you freedom-loving Nostriches.
Recently the Milei administration took measures to wipe out all self-absorbed narcissistic measures taken by the previous Kirchner administrations to name venues after themselves.
Milei responded with, "the heroes of culture will be the artists, not the politicians", and promptly removed all self-aggrandizing statues, plaques, busts, etc. from the socialist years.
What you see in the picture below is the "Centro Cultural Kirchner", which was yet another vanity project from Cristina Kirchner that cost millions upon millions of taxpayer pesos/dollars while the incessant deficit spending plunged the country into it's historically-worst financial crisis.
