Hasn't it been common for a long time for there to be rooftop #snipers at large gatherings, to spot potential threats?
Especially in this era of mass shootings, why are we defaulting to the narrative of "snipers aimed at student #protestors!" rather than "snipers keeping a watch for shooters"?
