Hello rose, good morning. Sometimes these profiles of "big accounts" are in reality just managed by a third party, that is, possibly a hired employeé. That could be happening when there is no actual response about some of the things they post... However they may come later as their "real themselves" to try respond, if really caring about the topic. Else, better to unfollow and ignore (not mute), in my opinion.
