Wisdom is often obvious and simple. However, we fail to recognize wisdom bc our minds are busy with the emergency of the moment.
Schedule sometime off of the hamster wheel and make that time a priority.
Turn off the screens or
Go for a walk/run in the woods or
Meditate or
Pray or
Do them all.

If you can't remember the last time you were twittling your thumbs "bored", you have a problem, you simply just may not know it yet.
I am often guilty of this. I need to check myself.
