Yesterday I was picking up something in Wîhkwêntôwin and found a woman collapsed half on the sidewalk and half on the street. I went and picked up what I needed and saw she was still collaped.
I went over to her and asked if she was okay with no response. I called 911.
The EMS dispatcher asked me to time her respiratory rate which resulted in 3 very shallow breaths per minute.
She asked me to make sure nothing was under her had and that she was laying on her back.
