It is simple daily habits that truly make or break us…
Example: at the shop every day the boys eat the dozen donuts. instead of joining them, I have been eating straight protein.
Every day I try to stack as many sats as possible, instead of going to the convenience store and buying a Coke, I drink water and use that money to buy my daily BTC.
