The company I work for lost a bunch of business to the Chinese and when they looked at competing quotes they found that the Chinese price only covered the raw materials from the product, because the Chinese government covered the cost of everything else. The Chicoms got an extreme debt fueled expansion and we lost our industry. The transfer did not have anything to do with any legit actions, our government should have protected it's industry from such stupid, destructive maneuvers.
