Terry (npub1ac8…qxsc) I heard Scott Ritter talk about Jeffrey Sachs saying he was one of the responsible for guiding Boris Jeltsin's economic policies which were only designed to loot Russia from the US side saying Sachs surely must have known being a well educated eccomist that he is. That he needed to provide some explanation of why he guided Jeltsin like that in 90s and that he condemned Sachs actions.
