Yes, we are. But something has changed. My parents were born right during/after Spanish Flu pandemic. They went through A LOT
-- Depression, War, gawd, they were tough. The country then went through polio, measles, chicken pox, mumps. My bro and I had all, except, thank goodness, polio. Then we got the polio vaccine. Sugar cube 😊People from my age, we've since gone through decades without a worry-- oh, sure, colds, flu, not much. Something feels different now. Something people of today refuse to see. They simply refuse. Better to pretend. It's scary, their ignorance, blindness, refusal.
