So, I had to pay some egregious tax fees because there was some mistake with my state taxes, and thanks to zaps from Nostr I was able to soften that blow a little bit, which is pretty great!
My feelings on this platform go back and forth, mostly. I like the identity tied to the software and stored on relays. Means I can't be banned by an admin and lose everything (looking at you Mastodon), but then it's a little teeth-grinding that I can't outright block someone. Like this guy with Hitler quotes all over his profile who thought it necessary to call me a retard in my notifications, completely unprompted.
It's almost like there's really good things, and then annoying things lol
