#Tory MP Danny Kruger said his party faces "obliteration" because the UK is worse now than in 2010.
In a damning assessment of the Tories, a YouGov poll found 75% of people said things were either much worse (41%) or somewhat worse (34%).
By comparison just 1% of voters said the party has left the country in a much better state, while 6% said that it is somewhat better.
