They do not know what quality is either I think because apparently 2GB of RAM and 1 CPU is enough to run a relay.
And they put a restriction on the CPU vendor and OS.
And they don’t know how to categorize downtime either (availability % per month, not minutes corresponding to god knows what (one downtime instance? total? monthly?))
