i like to start the day with fast digesting protein ( whey ) and end with slow digesting protein ( solid animal food )

during the day i try to to avoid meals if possible - relying on snacks instead - but sometimes it is easier to prepare a meal.

the problem with snacks is not many foods are snackable. if you want to cook an omelette for example it will take time and you won't want to do this 6 times a day.

on other hand if you just want to grab a ready to drink Core Power protein shake with some Fiber One Chewy bars - that requires no cooking time so you can do it as many times a day as you want.

it is not clear whether constant snacking or feasting and fasting is superior. even when watering plants some advocate watering once a week ( to strengthen roots ) while others advocate constant drip irrigation ( for maximum efficiency )

i say try both and see what is more convenient for you ...

in the end it either works or it does not. it doesn't matter what some charlatans on the Twitter, YouTube or Instagram are saying.
started the day again with Fiber One cereal and Dymatize Whey Protein

i used 50/50 mix of Poland Spring Water and Organic Valley Whole Grassmilk as base for the protein shake

the cool thing about Dymatize is it tastes good without having to add anything like extra sweetener to it so it saves time
