At the moment of 88% totality at 3:15pm EDT in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Cloud cover was heavy so no shadows. But so worth being out on the mountain. It was a surreal feeling in the moments leading up to the eclipse, an edginess in my soul, a vibration, for lack of a better description.
