Yeah like it depends what it is exactly, but even in the US they don't arrest people for bathtub pictures (anymore). There is literal stock photos of such things (that you shouldn't google bc you would def be put on a watchlist) and it's hosted just fine on many clearnet domains. Nudist sites were still around since I last heard from someone else who checked.
